Data Deletion Requests

Overview
You can ask Deuce Golf Club by Montclair Sports LLC to delete your DeuceGC account or remove personal information associated with your account, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, and operational recordkeeping requirements.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@deucegc.com or hello@deucegc.com with the subject line "Data deletion request." Use the email address connected to your DeuceGC account when possible.
Include:
- The email address used for your DeuceGC account.
- Whether you want full account deletion or help removing specific personal data.
- Any context needed to identify the records, such as a coaching organization, beta request, or support ticket.
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, OAuth tokens, or other secrets in your request.
What we delete or de-identify
When we verify the request, we delete or de-identify account profile records, practice history, round history, schedule records, coaching workflow records tied to the account, product preferences, support records where deletion is permitted, and related application data that is no longer needed to operate or defend the service.
Some records may be retained when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security investigations, tax and accounting obligations, billing disputes, backup integrity, or other legitimate business needs. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention.
Billing and subscriptions
Deleting a DeuceGC account does not always cancel an active subscription immediately. If you have a paid subscription, use the Stripe customer portal from Settings or contact hello@deucegc.com so we can help confirm the billing state before deletion is completed.
Response timing
We review deletion requests by hand. We aim to acknowledge requests within a reasonable period and complete verified deletion or de-identification as soon as practical for the systems involved. We may ask for additional information if we cannot verify the account from the request.
