These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Deuce Golf Club by Montclair Sports LLC ("Montclair Sports," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using DeuceGC, you agree to these terms.
Accounts, eligibility, and age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use DeuceGC.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security controls.
Acceptable use
Use the service in compliance with applicable law.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, or abuse public APIs such as geocoding and weather proxies.
Do not upload harmful code, spam, or abusive content.
Do not use DeuceGC to scrape, copy, or misuse another user’s data.
Plans and access
DeuceGC may offer Core and Coach subscriptions publicly. Starter is not a public subscription package and is retained only as a historical internal value if old records require it.
Core is the complete player-development system for planning practice, logging sessions and rounds, using schedule and learning workflows, and measuring improvement over time.
Coach includes Core plus player development tools for coaches and teams, such as athlete management, assignments, player review, progress review, and reporting.
Access to features may change if your plan changes, a trial ends, a subscription becomes past due, or your access is otherwise suspended under these terms.
Trials and preview access
DeuceGC may offer a player-development trial or preview period with temporary access to Core-level workflows.
Trial length, paywall reminders, and lock behavior are disclosed in product at the time of use.
After the preview period or lock event, a paid subscription may be required to continue certain workflows.
Subscription pricing, billing interval, and renewal terms are disclosed before checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.
You can manage payment method, invoices, and cancellation from the Stripe customer portal after checkout.
Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless required otherwise by law.
Founding pricing, when available, is offered through September 1, 2026 (inclusive). Founding Core and Coach subscribers retain founding pricing while the subscription remains active, subject to Stripe billing and these terms. After that date, new subscriptions are billed at the then-current standard annual rates.
Refund policy
Initial subscription purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact hello@deucegc.com within 30 days of the initial purchase to request review.
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the first paid purchase only and does not apply to renewal charges.
Renewals are non-refundable except where required by law or where Montclair Sports expressly approves a refund.
Founding, promotional, annual, or discounted pricing does not create a refund right beyond this policy and applicable law.
Physical activity disclaimer
Golf practice involves physical activity and may involve risk of injury, fatigue, weather exposure, equipment misuse, course or facility hazards, and other risks. You are responsible for deciding whether practice activities are appropriate for your health, skill level, environment, and equipment. You assume the risks associated with golf practice and related activities.
Coaching and recommendation disclaimer
DeuceGC content, recommendations, insights, benchmarks, practice plans, and coaching-related workflows are informational tools. They are not professional instruction, medical advice, fitness advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of performance improvement. Coaches and players remain responsible for judgment, safety, supervision, and instruction decisions.
Beta and product changes
Features may change, evolve, or be removed, especially during beta periods.
We may suspend or discontinue portions of the service and may update these terms as the product or legal requirements change.
Mobile and app store distribution
DeuceGC may offer mobile applications or app-store-distributed versions in the future. If you access DeuceGC through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, additional store terms may apply. App stores are not responsible for DeuceGC support, claims, refunds outside store-managed purchases, or maintenance unless their terms require otherwise.
Intellectual property
DeuceGC, including its software, branding, interface, and content, is owned by Montclair Sports LLC or its licensors. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeuceGC is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, and Montclair Sports LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Montclair Sports LLC’s total liability for all claims relating to DeuceGC is limited to the fees you paid to Montclair Sports for DeuceGC during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
