Agreement to terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Deuce Golf Club by Montclair Sports LLC. By accessing or using Deuce, you agree to comply with these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security controls.

Acceptable use

• Use the service in compliance with applicable law.
• Do not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse data exported from the service.
• Do not use Deuce to transmit harmful code, spam, or abusive content.

Intellectual property

Deuce, including its software, branding, interface, and platform content, is owned by Montclair Sports LLC or its licensors. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service without written permission.

Beta and service changes

Features may evolve, change, or be removed, especially during beta periods. We may suspend or discontinue portions of the service and may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid features may be offered on a subscription basis.

By purchasing a subscription, users agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) as disclosed at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
• Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

Upon cancellation:

• The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
• Payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided below.

Refund policy

Deuce may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund if requested within seven (7) days of the initial purchase.

After this period, all payments are non-refundable.

Nothing in this section limits any rights required by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deuce is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, and Montclair Sports LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
