Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Montclair Sports LLC, doing business as DeuceGC ("DeuceGC," "we," "us"), collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use the DeuceGC website at deucegc.com, the DeuceGC iPhone app, and related services (together, the "Service"). DeuceGC is intended for users in the United States.

Information we collect

• **Account details.** Your email address, and your name and profile fields if you provide them on our website, and a password if you create an account with email. If you sign in with Apple, see "The DeuceGC iPhone app" below. On our website you can also sign in with Google. When you do, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us.
• **Practice and product data you create.** Practice sessions, drills, results, round history, schedules, preferences, equipment details, and coaching workflow records where enabled.
• **Technical and diagnostic data.** Browser or device type, operating system and app version, IP-derived region, crash logs, and performance diagnostics.
• **Approximate location or map inputs on our website.** Location or place information you enter when you use map, course, weather, geocoding, or calendar features on the website. The iPhone app does not access your device's location.
• **Billing and subscription records from Stripe.** Customer ID, subscription ID, plan, trial and renewal dates, invoice status, and renewal state. DeuceGC does not receive or store full payment card numbers.
• **Communications.** Support requests, cancellation feedback, and beta-program responses you send us.

The DeuceGC iPhone app

• **Availability.** The iPhone app is currently available only on the United States App Store.
• **How you sign in.** On the iPhone app, you can sign in with Apple, with an email and password, or with a sign-in link we email you. If you sign in with an email and password, your password is sent securely to Supabase, our authentication provider, which stores it only in hashed form. The app never stores your password. When you sign in with Apple, we ask Apple for your email address but not your name. If you sign in with Apple on our website, we ask Apple for your name and email address; Apple shares your name only the first time you sign in. Apple gives us a unique account identifier, and it may also include an email address, which can be a private relay address if you use "Hide My Email." Apple does not share your Apple ID password with us.
• **Free sessions stored on your device.** You can log your first free practice sessions before you create an account. Those sessions, and a count of how many free sessions you have used, are stored on your iPhone. Sessions are uploaded to your DeuceGC account when you are signed in, have an active trial or subscription, and your device is online. Sessions that have not been uploaded stay only on your device and are removed if you sign out or delete the app.
• **Analytics and diagnostics in the app.** The app sends product analytics (PostHog) and crash and performance diagnostics (Sentry) to help us keep the app reliable and improve it. These are on by default in the app. The app never sends your email address or name to PostHog or Sentry. Before you sign in, crash reports and diagnostics (Sentry) use a random identifier created by the Sentry software on your device. After you sign in, crash reports and diagnostics (Sentry) are linked only to your DeuceGC account identifier, never to your email address or name, and that link is cleared when you sign out. Analytics events sent directly from the app (PostHog) are sent under an anonymous identifier and are not linked to your account. Our servers also record some account events in PostHog, such as trial, subscription, and checkout status, and those are linked to your DeuceGC account identifier. The app does not use the Apple advertising identifier, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

How we use information

• To provide sign-in, account access, storage of your practice history, scheduling, coaching workflows, and other features.
• To start and manage free trials and subscriptions, process payments, send receipts and transactional emails, and provide the Stripe customer portal.
• To secure the Service, investigate bugs, detect abuse, and keep it reliable.
• To understand how the Service is used, improve it, and evaluate features, including prompts about trials and subscriptions.
• To create aggregated or de-identified benchmark reporting that does not identify you.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Vendors and service providers

• **Supabase** provides authentication, database storage, and hosted backend functions.
• **Stripe** provides checkout, billing, invoices, renewals, and the customer billing portal.
• **PostHog** provides product analytics and feature-flag evaluation.
• **Sentry** provides crash, performance, and debugging diagnostics, including session replay on our website.
• **Mapbox** processes map and location requests where map features are enabled on our website.
• **Resend** delivers transactional email.
• **Vercel** hosts the website and related infrastructure and provides website analytics and performance measurement, such as page views, referring page, device and browser type, country, and page-speed data. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies.
• **Google** provides Google sign-in on our website.
• **Apple** provides Sign in with Apple for the iPhone app.

Analytics and diagnostics

• **On our website:** essential sign-in and session cookies are always on. PostHog analytics, Sentry diagnostics, and Vercel Analytics run by default, and you can turn them off at /privacy/preferences. Turning them off stops new collection from that browser going forward.
• **What our website sends today:** when you are signed in on our website, PostHog and Sentry are linked to your DeuceGC account identifier, not your email address or name. PostHog may also store product properties such as your plan, cohort, and how you arrived at the site. Records sent before October 9, 2026 may include your email address, your full name if you signed up with email, and request details such as your IP address. Those older records are deleted when their retention period ends.
• **In the iPhone app:** see "The DeuceGC iPhone app" above.
• **Content we keep out of analytics:** we design our analytics events to exclude free-form notes, precise GPS coordinates, payment card data, and raw sign-in error details.

How we share information

• We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• We share information with the service providers listed above only as needed to run the Service.
• We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or other business transfer.
• We may use aggregated and de-identified data to improve our products and create benchmark reporting. Benchmark reporting will not include information that identifies you.

Retention

• We keep account and practice records while your account is active, and afterward as needed to maintain business and billing records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
• Analytics and diagnostic data held by PostHog and Sentry is kept for a limited period under those providers' retention settings and then deleted.
• Practice sessions in the iPhone app that have not been uploaded are stored only on your device.

Deleting your account

• You can delete your account without contacting us, including without an active subscription. In the iPhone app, open the Profile tab, then Delete account. On our website, open /settings/delete-account. That page stays available when access is locked. While your access is active, you can also open Settings, choose the Security tab, and then Delete account.
• Self-serve deletion starts when you confirm it in the iPhone app or on the website. If a step fails, we show an error and your login stays active so you can try again. A failed attempt may already have set your subscription to end or removed some account records. Try again, or email privacy@deucegc.com and we will finish the deletion.
• When you delete your account, we delete your account login and begin deleting your account records from our database.
• If you have an active Stripe subscription, deleting your account sets it to end at the close of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Stripe and we keep billing and transaction records as required for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes.
• Analytics and diagnostic records already sent to PostHog and Sentry are not deleted immediately; they are deleted when their retention period ends.
• Some records may remain in backups for a limited time before they are overwritten.
• Deleting your account in the app also removes practice data waiting to upload on that device.

Your choices

• Review your billing status in Settings and manage renewals or cancel in the Stripe customer portal.
• Turn off website analytics and diagnostics at /privacy/preferences.
• Request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your information by emailing privacy@deucegc.com. We may need to verify your identity first.

Do Not Track

Our website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Children

DeuceGC is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
