Data Processing Addendum

Effective date: March 24, 2026

Purpose

This Data Processing Addendum describes the terms that apply when Deuce processes personal data on behalf of customers or authorized users in connection with the service.

Roles of the parties

• The customer or account holder acts as the controller for personal data they submit to the service.
• Montclair Sports LLC acts as the processor for that data when handling it on the customer's behalf.

Processing commitments

• We process personal data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, or as instructed through documented customer actions.
• We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data.
• Personnel with access to personal data are subject to confidentiality obligations.

Subprocessors

We may use subprocessors to assist in delivering the service. A current list of subprocessors is published on the Deuce Subprocessors page and may be updated from time to time.

Data subject requests

Where legally required and reasonably possible, we will assist customers in responding to requests from data subjects regarding access, deletion, correction, restriction, portability, or objection.

Security incidents

If we become aware of a confirmed security incident affecting customer personal data, we will provide notice without undue delay as required by applicable law.
